With environmental concerns at an all time high, the use of solvent free coatings is becoming more common. Electrolube offer polyurethane and silicone type systems which cure upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Polyurethanes are particularly tough and abrasion resistant, with good electrical characteristics and excellent chemical resistance. Silicones offer superior optical clarity, temperature stability and flexibility, but have a lower resistance to abrasion.

NVOC is a moisture cure coating based on polyurethane chemistry. SC3001 is a moisture cure silicone.
