Silicone

Silicone modified conformal coatings are available in solvent resistant and solvent removable forms. They provide excellent chemical and salt spray resistance, and excellent high temperature stability. Silicones have remarkable electrical insulation properties making them ideal for high power and highly populated boards. Moisture cure silicones can be applied in thicker films than silicone modified coatings and have excellent UV stability, making them ideal for protection of LEDs.

DCA (SCC3 range) and LFCC are solvent resistance silicone modified coating. FSC is a solvent removable silicone modified coating. SC3001 is a moisture cure silicone.
